Q: What is your specialty?
I try to cater to the aspects I know and those I love. Equestrian Drill Team, Dance, Line Dance, Cattle Events, Cattle Sorting, Dressage, Western and English Events, Nature, etc… I am open to other aspects also

Q: Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! Whether it’s your horse, dance team, ranch brand, or logo idea, we specialize in creating one-of-a-kind art pieces tailored just for you. An additional fee applies.

Q: Do you offer design previews before printing?
Yes — you’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve before we produce your order, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Q: Can I use my own logo or photo on apparel?
You sure can! High-resolution images work best. We can also stylize or refine your logo to make it print-ready if needed.

Q: What kind of art styles do you offer?
From bold Western silhouettes to sketchy brushstrokes, watercolor vibes, or logos and line art, we design in whatever style fits your personality and project.

Product & Quality

Q: What types of apparel do you print on?
We offer tees, hoodies, tanks, long sleeves, and specialty pieces — all soft, durable, and perfect for arena days, road trips, or everyday wear.

Q: How is your apparel printed?
We use high-quality, professional print methods such as direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), sublimation, and/or screen printing — ensuring your art stays vivid and lasts wash after wash. But please ask first as not all garments will be able to be printed with all methods.

Q: Are your shirts true to size?
Yes, most items run true to size unless noted otherwise. Each product listing includes sizing details to help you find your perfect fit.

Ordering & Turnaround

Q: How long does a custom order take?
Custom design orders typically take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity and order size. Rush options may be available — just ask!

Q: What’s the process for ordering a custom shirt?
Send us your idea, photo, or logo → approve your proof → we print, pack, and ship! It’s that easy.

Shipping & Care

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship across the U.S. (and beyond, on special request).

Q: How should I care for my custom shirt?
Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble low to keep your artwork looking sharp and vibrant.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll handle a replacement or solution right away.
